I believe the perks are for premium jacuzzi rooms only. All premium rooms are sweet, nonetheless.
See recent thread for club moray for arrival/departure perk.
According to their site, this is right.

We just returned on 4/6. At the last minute we upgraded to the premium jacuzzi room. Great call! The room includes Club MoBay access arriving and departing. Unless you enjoy wasting valuable naked time standing in lines upon arriving or just want to spend an additional hour or so on the Jamacian side of the security line when departing I can't recommend this perk enough. Upon arrival we were not ushered into the dreaded pit waiting on paper work, room check or whatever else usually delays check in. Instead we were greeted with "we've been waiting on you come right this way" whereupon we were escorted to our room and given a tour. The rooms you've seen on the internet but you need to see them in person. In addition to a frig which is kept stocked with beer soft drinks and water the room came complete with a small bottle of gray goose and Appleton estate rum. A nice touch but we were 15 yards from the pool bar so we didn't even finish 1 bottle. Be aware to get a new bottle they have to have an empty bottle. The room also came (lol) with his and hers tounge vibrators, lube and a feather. I may need a demonstration on the tounge vibrators. Finally perhaps the best part, direct beach access via a security keypad protected sliding glass door. On the patio you will find a brand new jacuzzi that's cleaned filed and maintained dayly. The room cost a good bit more than we were used to paying and I realize that we don't spend much time in the room but to us it was worth every penny. I doubt I will stay elsewhere again!
Was about to ask if people thought the upgrades were worth it and them read tarjr's review and it sounds pretty sweet. I know others say get the cheapest room possible cuz you won't spend all that much time in the room but a lot of those extras might sway us that way, especially walking out of the room and into the pool. And how can you go wrong with his and hers tongue vibrators haha!. Love it.
With the Premium Jacuzzi Room does it include transportation from airport to resort ? Or are we on our own to arrange that?
And this is why I think it was silly to do all these extras for premium rooms. Have the upgraded rooms and regular rooms at difference charges but it is too confusing then you start adding stocked/non stocked; VIP Montego Bay; free wifi; and so on. All rooms have fridges, they should all be stocked or they should all be non stocked. All should include wifi or none should. It just makes it confusing for people. That's my 2 cents
