we have an old phone here that we don't use anymore.... its unlocked and ready to go ... if we bring it to jamaica can we just buy a sim card from digicel when we get there and use the phone?

Where is the easiest place to get a sim card? I read that sim cards are not available to buy at the MBJ airport.

Or .... have the concierge at Hedo send a driver to Negril for one. I did that too--just gave him an extra 20 and it took 2 hours. I had a few drinks while he was gone. Gave him the phone and it came back with 1000 min on it.
