Piano Bar Song List

Does anyone have a song list from the Piano Bar (from the song books that get passed around)?

I always sing the same song, so thought I might try a couple of new ones this year.

Yes, I know this is probably the most boring thread that's ever been started!

Maybe some kind soul that's currently there will take the time to write the song names down & type them in here. It's not like they've got anything better to do.

Hi guys!

First off, Kemar is the perfect fit for the piano bar at Hedo. He has a pretty extensive song list, which are mostly karaoke-type tracks with the piano/keyboard & vocal portions removed. When we were there back in July/Aug 2013, we asked Kemar about a few songs that were not in his book. He said he'd see if he could find them and learn them the next day and try to have them ready for the next night. He found all three that we requested, and played them that next night!

Keep in mind that the ones we asked for were fun, popular songs. He probably wouldn't have been as accommodating had we requested something obscure or boring, or too slow for that particular moment... or the crowd that's there. He tries to keep it fun & upbeat.

We hope that Hedo treats Kemar well and ensures that he stays around for a long time to come.

He has been getting me "walking in memphis"'since last April, did not have it in Sept.
Heres hoping for it this April.

This year in February, the pianist had his laptop with him and looked up several songs online. We sang some AC-DC, Journey, Queen and other songs that we never heard in previous years. So, just ask if there is a song that you really want to hear and he can probably look it up online! It was awesome!

Kemar is great! We were there last July/August and he learned Red Solo Cup overnight and it was a big hit all week.

He also learned the songs that KnD requested but after we all heard K sing them, everyone else started requesting to hear K sing them again! K is awesome!

You guys were awesome, as was the entire AWOL group! What a super nice, fun loving bunch!!!

I'm telling you what... The piano bar ROCKED, and AWOL was the life of the party!

I didn't realize Red Solo Cup was just learned by Kemar. What a perfect sing along song that one was!

We know we'll see you guys again... if not this year, then hopefully next.
