We are just back from Hedo, we were there Jan 21-30 and had a blast! Thinking about doing a short trip back in July for 5 days, just wondering what groups will be there from July 4-9/14 and the best way to book as we are from Canada but will actually be leaving from the States.

Next question is can you book directly with LS group? And any other suggestions on a travel agent in the states, just looking for the best price

We have booked with Tom's Trips for yrs....we will be there June 27-July 6th....stop by the jetty and say hello...we will have our name beads on..

Do a search for;
" Newbies guide, which groups are in house and when"
for a list of which groups are in the house and at a given time. (Didn't know how to link to the post, I think it's on the second page now).

As for a travel agent, find a group you think you might like, and contact their leader, then their travel agent, and say you are part of that group.
Alternately there are a number of "Adult" travel agents with connections to Hedo that will book your vacation. Tom's Trips, Castaways,Dennyp, are just three I can think of off hand
Here in Vancouver (Can) I have a TA that frequents Hedo and I use her to book my trips to Hedo. She gets me the same rates as the above mentioned TA, plus a few perks.
I book air separately, and fly out of Seattle, WA.

Stay away from Expedia, Travelocity, Westjet Vacations, Air Canada vacations and most other large on-line travel sites. I've never seen rates from them as good as from the above mentioned TA's.
