    Food at N-Resort?

    Hello,

We will be heading to N-Resort at the end of February, and I have to eat a Gluten Free diet (Celiac disease).

Has anyone visited N with food allergies or issues? How was you experience? They said they can accommodate GF on the phone, but I was looking for any personal reviews.

Also, does anyone know if the Jerk Chicken is GF?

    Many thanks!

We were there last may, the chef is very accomidating and goes out of his way to ensure every patron is satisfied. I'm sure with a little notice you'll be very satisfied. We plan on a return trip again this may

Well, we have been back for a week and a half, and I want to get around to writing a trip report but I am still catching up with work.

I did want to report that the food was terrific (I did tip the chef the first day and told him I would take care of him again before we left). He made major accommodations for every meal, met me at each meal and explained everything to me. I typically loose weight on trips because I can just eat what is available and safe, but I GAINED weight here! Lobster, gluten free pasta, fresh fish, jerk chicken (he made all the chicken gluten free my whole trip), great appetizers, salads and fantastic desserts (different even day, not just the same repeat of their only GF dessert).

I will go into more details on the trip report if anyone is interested.

    As they say in Jamaica...RESPECT!!!
