    nudes side/prude side question

Heading to HII in a couple of weeks for my first time ..and like many first timers; have been doing a lot of reading ...whether it be reviews or Chris' book (which is awesome, I might add).

One thing that makes me scratch my head is that I'm always reading that (at both properties) the Prude beaches and pools are bigger and better than the Nude ones. Yet - I also read that hardly anyone uses them as most are over on the Nude sides as that's where all the fun is.

Why is it then, that they don't change the sides so that the majority can have the bigger/better areas? Or, even better, make the whole resort clothing optional? Personally, I don't understand why anyone would choose to go to a Hedonism resort and hang out on the Prude side the whole time. That's what Sandals or Couples is for!!!

    Just wondering while I'm waiting,

Good question, we’re thinking it has to do with the daily cleaning required at the nude side. Also, at night the prude side can turn into anything but.

At least at HII, if there is a reason, I suspect that its in part because all of
services; the buffet area, restaurants, lobby, shops, and such are clustered
around what is the prude pool. It is not a nude resort and when you eat in the
dining area you have to be dressed (even if the something you're wearing is
almost nothing). You also have to be dressed to go into the lobby and the
    gift shop.

I think its just a carry over from that. Some guests do go and spend their
whole time on the prude side and never get naked. They might get offended
and complain if they were sitting down to their baked flounder just fifteen feet
away from a pool full of naked people.

I actually kind-of got in trouble for breaking the nude on the prude side rule
(as if the laid-back Jamaican staff could 'yell' at anyone).

(read a post in another thread where I tell what happened:
    http://www.4hedonism.com/forums/show...=8045#post8045)

The important part of this is that it was a rainy afternoon and other than
the group we were hanging with the entire area; the pool, the hot tubs, the
dining area, was a ghost town which is why I think they let the ten of us
get away with what we did.

Most guests would like them to switch, but it hasn't happened yet.

Hedonism III is a little better because there are 2 pools you can be nude in.

Chris, I guess I may have missed it, but our 3rd trip to H3 is coming up in April, where is the 2nd nude pool? Unless your talking about the nude parade where we go down the waterslide? WEEEEEEEE, what a rush

I said Hedonism III, not II. The other nude pool is the quad.
