How was Pearl!!??!! How would you say it compared to other places you've been? Will you be going back?

NLHottie: GREAT idea splitting your trip up among 2 freaking awesome resorts!! That way you get the best of both worlds. When we did Pearl in 2012, it was still relatively new and they had some growing pains... mainly on regards to dining variety. But you just can't beat that incredible pool... and the hot tub is phenomenal too.

RM's disco, playroom and open air lobby & lobby bar are the best. Pearl needs to do something in those areas.

We can't wait to hear everyone's thoughts.

We have been to both Hedo 2 and Pearl, and there are parts of Pearl that we love over Hedo and parts of Hedo that we prefer over Pearl...

Basically we felt that the infrastructure of Pearl is way better than Hedo - rooms, restaurants, pool, hot tub, overall layout, etc.
But the beach at Pearl is public and anyone can walk along it and see you - including kids and families. There is where Hedo wins out over Pearl.

That being said when it came time to book our next trip, both places came us as serious options. Due to cost and resort availability we chose H2 for the trip, but we will definitely be returning to Pearl in the future.

We'll be at Pearl June 4-11, 2014...it will be our second time. We were there last September and had so much fun, made so many friends... mostly at the hot tub
