This is our first trip and we are getting so excited to go! I was wondering if there is a main check in day with the AWOL group? I guess I've seen some pictures where groups set up a table and check people in.. Thanks!!

FishinNaked.....My wife and I are co-hosts for AWOL along with our friends htwtxcpl......When are you arriving? I am assuming that you have booked with the group, but don't recognize the screen name, sorry about that. The majority of the AWOL group arrive on Saturday and a few on Sunday and others on various other days. On Saturday the hosts will be in the lobby all day to greet you as you come in, you won't miss us. Once you hit the lobby, you will see the check in desk for the resort. Just past that will be your first taste of the Lunacy that is AWOL.

Welcome to the family, and welcome to what I am sure will be your new "home away from home". If you want, send me a message here. We can give you more details and such.

Hey Everybody we are arriving on Saturday at 2:20. We were thinking about using the Club MoBay...since we have not used this service before we are wondering if we should purchase both arrival and departure. Any input would be appreciated

we used club mobay last year when we went for arrival only. we arrived on a sunday, there was hardly any line in immigration, so waste of money for us. with that being said, you are arriving on a saturday, it could save you an hour or so. do you have private transportation set up to get from airport to hedo? we did not, and so we had to wait on others from our plane going to the resort. so no time saver. we dont use the departure service because we like to get to the airport a bit early to do some shopping and have something to eat at margaritaville. if you are trying to get to the resort asap, i would hire a private driver and use club mobay, or use timair flight to get you there fast. have fun, and lucky you going with AWOL, they are an awesome group, and we will miss them this year since we could not get the dates off from work. darn! Mind you there is still a bit to be tweaked here and there, but it is up and running.

Very soon we will be asking everybody to create an account to be able to log in and place their arrival drink orders and let the hosts know what names you want on your dog tags.
