Group dates?

Just wondering how far in advance groups typically decide on their travel dates? I think we've decided that we probably won't be able to make the trip until next July, so we're looking for the groups that would be going then. Virgin trip, so looking for the best time/group to go with then.

Once the group week is over for that week, they start planning for the next trip. You can usually book right at the resort depending on the agent

We usually start the process about 14 months in advance so contract is in place for the following year when the current years trip takes place. That way everyone has a years notice of dates.

My group returns for the 8th Annual Adventure next June (21-28) and we had a concensus of most veteran group members prior to leaving last month on the 28th.

Some weeks (and groups) allow for flexibility but certain weeks require advance reservations or perhaps some groups (like mine) prefer to have the same week as other compatible groups.

I booked in May 2013 for April 2014, I want nude jacuzzi room and there are only a handful.
Millions vacation schedule is rather rigid so we always know when. This year we are with Kitten and Angels group -should be fun.

What else is there except a e-mail and a credit card number. Booked!

Jacuzzi rooms are generally booked a year in advance, again depending on time of year...But New Years they're gone by mid Jan. for the following year.

Our group goes in June too. June is probably the coolest of the summer months, and not just because of the weather !

The Jamaican Waterslide Team has always set the first weekend following Labor Day as the start of our week. This will be our 14th annual meeting.

So far every year has been better than the last, not sure though, we went all out for the big 5 year anniversary last year, lol.
