Hi all

Just looking for some advice. We're are looking to return in late November for another 2 weeks in paradise.
We've been going for 2 weeks in summer followed by 2 weeks later in the year for some time now.
Under the 14+3 deal, we've only had to pay for 11 nights on our later trip.
We've always used a travel agent in the USA who has made arrangements re the 3 free nights on our behalf. All they have needed was the dates of our previous stay earlier in the year.

We have received a pretty good quote for 11 paid nights from an agent closer to home but it seems they can't/wont liaise with the resort re the extra 3nights. We dont want to go ahead and book 11 nights without confimation that we can add 3 comp nights onto the end of our paid stay.

Is there a person / email address at the resort that we can contact, to get some kind of confirmation here?

It's NOT buy 11 get 3 free (making up 14 days) - It's buy 14 get 3 free! For a total of 17. I don't know of anyone that will make the deal you want. Maybe you had a voucher for 3 days free when you went. If not then you need to contact your previous T/A to see if they can help you.

They do 14 days in the summer and are going another 11 in the fall, so they have enough days, however; TA\s that are not used to booking Hedo (Travelocity, expedia, Skoosh, etc) can't handle a voucher or free nights promo. I am not sure if you can get the three added through 2 different booking mediums. I believe you have to do it all in the same booking.
Best advice is to use your regular TA who has successfully handles your bookings in the past.

The deal at Hedo is, pay for 14 nights in a calendar year and you get 3 free nights. There is no requirement to use the same travel agent for all bookings. Last year, we went with Jon's Fluffernutters for 8 nights, then later in the year, went with Wild Women Vacations for 9 (paid for 6 with 3 free). Your travel agent just has to confirm your travel dates with Hedo and you should be all set. Another option to consider is to check which groups are going during the time you want to go, and book through them, as the group rates are normally the best deal. Good luck.

It sounds like they want to book 11 nights with a cheap agent in UK and 3 free direct with resort. What I meant above was I think the 3 free would have to be added to the 11 paid through the same agent. For instance, Would you be able to book 11 nights with Expedia and then phone Wild Women to book 3 free nights only I would think Wild Women would want to book the whole trip. That is where I was going with the comment of booking the trip with the same agent.

You understand correctly sabinaandscott. We have already done 14 days this year so the 3 comp night are already 'in the Bank'.
We have managed to email direct to the resort to book our 3 comp nights. The additional 11 nights we will book through an agent over here in the UK.

so can someone clear this up please.... last year we were there 16th sept til 30th sept (14 nights). this year we are going 14th til 28th sept. that is 28 days in total. so when we check in this time do we just bring this to their attention and get 6 free days voucher??

No. The 14+3 is in the same year so you aren't entitled to 6 free days. You have to use the 3 free days by the end of this year and they should have been added to your reservation via the resort when you booked. There is no actual voucher. Even if you have your travel agent contact the resort to add on the extra days, you will have to change your air flights to reflect the extra time and that may be cost prohibitive at this point.
