She will be down at the nude bar several times during the day checking on things and making drinks. Look for the lady that smiles one moment and looks super cranky the next minute, lol. She is a doll, but don't cross her

To us Serena is Hedo.. She is a fantastic lady that everyone loves to be around. After meeting her for 5 min it was like she was our friend forever. She is there to light up the day and makes you smile.. She makes you feel like you are a part of the Hedo family and hers. We love her and always look forward to seeing her big smile and warm hug.. That is Why she is a Special Gal//

I hope no one thinks what I said was nasty towards her, cause I totally agree with you. I was just being funny, cause we all know she pretends to be cranky sometimes but doesn't pull it off too well since she such a doll

I have seen her try it to people around nude pool every year, lol

We have known Serena since she was the best bartender at H3. Before our visit to H2 in March, I had lost quite a bit of weight. When we arrived at Hedo, we went straight to the nude pool (of course) and when Serena saw me coming, she exclaimed, "Laura, you're disappearing!" She really made my day/week/etc.

Last we heard, Serena's title (and responsibility) is "Nude Side Concierge". The meaning of that is really open-ended and equates to the job descriptions we have seen that read, "other duties as assigned". Serena's job is to keep everyone happy, keep her eyes on things that need to be fixed or changed, and otherwise stay close with the guests. Since her arrival at Hedonism II she has greatly enhanced the entire experience. You'll notice that she carries a little notebook and a pen in pocket of her shirt, and once she identifies an issue, either from a guest comment or her own observation it gets written down and ultimately fixed. As group leaders, she has become invaluable to helping us make the JWST week a huge success. From our observation, she seems to have a direct line of communication with every department head on the resort.
