    Warning to Newbies :)

Once you go to Hedo, you'll get addicted and want to go back again & again...!!! It's called DIF (Dreaded Island Fever) and its highly contagious and many of us on this forum are suffering with this! Symptoms include wanting to take off your clothes, wanting a cold beverage in your hand, possible Jerk Chicken withdrawal and wanting to have fun in the sun... ALL THE TIME!

    You've been warned!!!

    Haha.
Another warning - when we got back after our first trip to Hedo we found ourselves checking out other couples whenever we'd go out, talking about whether or not we wanted to hook up with them and wondering what they looked like naked. Unfortunately it's really difficult to bring those subjects up in the "real world."

Meanwhile,I am riding around listening to the cool Jamaican music cd from my Kitten/Angel goodie bag and having a "warm and fuzzy feeling" while driving.Note,it does not impair my reaction time but does create an intense longing to go back "home" so just be advised it can happen to you as well.

Fastest relief to DIF is to book another trip. Usually within 72 hours of arriving home. That is why we go twice a year and always have a trip in plans and already booked before we finish one.

Remember when driving with Jamaican music playing...The Jamaican way is to "toot and Accelerate" to avoid any potential driving hazard. Car in your way? "toot and accelerate". Blind passing "toot and accelerate". Pedestrian in your way? "toot and accelerate". Seems to work for Jamaicans anyway...not sure if North American driving laws would appreciate it though

"Toot and accelerate" Thats great! LOL!!! The toot part is important because we witnessed a goat getting hit by someone who was accelerating and not tooting! It was a horrible thing to see! However we were on our way to Hedo, so we quickly had to forget what we saw!

Yup, we check out other couples too and wonder if they are "playful" or "Hedo Type" of people?

Works great to tell some slow driver to get the **** out of your way. They might be flipping you the bird but usually slow down enough to pass. lol

Hmmmm I wonder if that would work next time I see a deer. Cause everything else I have tried results in an insurance claim. lol
