A lot of folks are coming back from Hedo Sick. Myself Included.
I heard alot of the Amigos are not feeling well. Who else is sick.
Hopefully with some info they can find out where this is coming from because it's not a minor thing. Definatly resort related.
Major coughing, Fever, chills, and so on. It's been dragging for 2 weeks
We were in rm 2121 March 22-30
I know the lady in rm 2122 was on the edge of Pneumonia when she got home.
How you feeling -where did you stay and when were you there.

Yes a lot of the Amigos did get sick both at the resort and after we got home...myself included. Fever, cough, sore throat and stuffiness. We were in H Block from 3/15 to 3/23. It seems to be pretty contagious...but I guess with all the close contact you have with others while there I can see how easy it could spread. Do not think this has anything to do with the resort itself, but just someone showed up sick and it is being passed around. If you are going soon, do yourself a favor and have your doctor get you a dose of a Z-Pak or some Tamiflu before you go just in case.

Did you run the ac units in your room. I have come back last to years with sinus infections because of the mold in the units and even sprayed the damn thing last year.

This is frightening since I'm planning on diving while there. Guess I'm going to get a booster on my flu shot immediately and hope it kicks in by the time I arrive. Guess I can only hope that it's run the course before I travel.

Yeah I have heard of the bd sickness going around the last few weeks. Hope it is gone in 2 weeks. It is a sickness, not hotel related
Fun ..not sure where it came from. I must admit I didn't use a lot of hand or penis sanitizer. Not to worry I didn't feel like crap till I got home, maybe that is just the DIF starting to take over.

Shoot I almost got to meet phillygirl at a flyers game but she was with work peeps and I was with my daughter. Would of been shocking for both.

This has nothing to do with the air conditioners nor is it the normal Hedo crud. This is a contagious bug that is being passed around from person to person either air born or from contact. As for the air conditioners we observed the installation of new filters being placed in the rooms, there was a maintenance crew with boxes of them.
I feel FREAKIN AWFUL!!! Can't breath, sore throat, all congested and I have the chills and then I sweat all over! This sucks! The day I came back I got up not feeling well leaving the reort and the next day it just blew up and I feel like crap! Had a great time but it sucks to be this sick....especially today considering it's our wedding anniversary and now we have to cancel our plans tonight.
So do whatever it takes

Lol....I guess the same thing it says about me! Wife didn't get it either but she had a sinus infection a week before the trip and was loaded up on antibiotics. I was sick Tuesday to Thursday while there and didn't feel 100% until home for almost a week.
We both are feeling fine. Must be because like Millions, Mrs C didn't have any dirty things in her mouth (or anywhere else). We really didn't have much "close" contact with anyone to catch a bug. Maybe it was in the rum. LOL (I'm not a rum drinker)

March 22-30 2013 Was our first trip of many to come. We had a blast with everyone, and I can see each trip getting better, and better.
March 28th 2014 plans to be an even better trip then 2013!!
March 27th 2015 hope to meet many old friends and make even more new friends

This march. I got sick from both ends and wound up dehydrated. I figure it was something I ate "off resort". My spouse didn't get sick. By the time I got pills, dr call and IV it was over $700. Be sure to get your health insurance for traveling. Other than that episode, we had a great trip.
