Since the transfer into new ownership do you still get transportation from Montego Bay Airport to H2 ? and do they have offices in Arrivals, silly question but have to ask.

Included transfers were eliminated last year way before the new owners were a blip on the radar. I hve not heard anything from the new owners if they will reinstate free transfers.

Just a heads up, but we have friends who just arrived there last week. They said the drive was 3 hrs, and no beer stop......we're taking INT Air Link both ways.
When you get back from Hedo, reality just slaps you in the forhead............we miss Hedo 2
We booked many moons ago and the transfers are included so...... you might just have to ask.
As my agent told me, the last thing Hedo or the agents want is confusion from the Airport to the resort. That will just hurt business so it's in both best interest to work it all out. I was told --no worries mon!
We bus it there and tim air back

There is no way that it took them three hours, even if they encountered some traffic. We were there last week and our bus ride was 1 hour and 13 minutes. Their driver would have had to be driving soooooooooooo slow for it to take that long. Even before the highway was built it didn't take that long.

That's what I was thinking Joe. Unless there was some major problem such as an accident that delayed traffic, I can't see it ever taking that long. Last year out taxi was about 50 mins each way and no waiting for a bus, well worth it
3 hours, whoa ... as everyone else said, MAYBE 75 minutes.
As far as transfers, they are now being handled by a company called Sun Holiday and the cost is $33/person RETURN, which is a great deal (if it can't be free lol) ... typically the drive to Negril from the Airport could cost you $50/person for one way !
Joe, my friends were likely there the same time as you were, Paula a tall slim blonde and Dave, shorter balding, muscular for 60....both have a lot of tats. Anyway, they have been going to Negril for about 20 years now. They have stayed mostly at Firefly, and Point Village. Not to give you their bio, but just to say they have made the trip many times. I spoke with Dave last night, he was calling from the beach watching the sunset at Hedo.....lucky..........anyway to quote him "Brian I don't know what the hell was going on with the traffic, but we got on the bus at 3, and arrived at Hedo at 6..........and no beer stop".........says the driver was worried about speeding tickets and whatever....either way, Dave wouldn't have any reason to make it up.........

Agree with you Hedojoe, no way 3 hours, most for us was 1-30.

If it did take 3 hours for some freakly reason, that would not be the norm.
I agree, its not the norm........in fact, we have taken the bus many times and it's typically 90 mins with the beer stop. Once the driver got pulled over in Lucia for speeding, and he ended up going for a breathalizer. We ended up with a fill in driver. That whole ordeal took over three hours by the time we had a replacement driver.
But gang I'm confused............I thought this board was for sharing information.......and that's what I thought I was doing. I've been a member here for some time, and although I don't post very often, I have never posted false or missleading information..........furthermore, I have never called anyone out on the boards like what has just happened here.....I don't get it.......why would I make it up ?? I don't have anything to gain by that.....I'm just sharing info........but thanks everyone......geezzze
