My heart breaks for the lost lives in this undeniable sensless crime in NEWTOWN CT. May God's LOVE and peace be with all at this time.

I still can't fathom this....I'm hoping to wake up and it's just a horrible dream. How can someone possibly be so troubled...so heartless, as to harm innocent children.

My heart goes out to all the parents, siblings and friends that have had their holiday season ruined for the rest of their lives. I pray that everyone finds some way to continue.....

I can't get this off my mind. I have two beautiful grandchildren who will be going to school in the next few years. Thinking what more can we do for our children? Our taxes pay for schools. I would not mind paying more tax for the school to have a Camera monitoring sytem outside and in the hallways. Someone would have seen that man with a rifle. A lockdown and false alarm is better than dead people.

The school had just installed a security system that included cameras so that they could see who was pressing the button to get in. Problem was that he didn't try to get buzzed in. He fired 5 shots into the glass door so it shattered. The principal heard the shots and ran out to see what happened and she was shot.
