    "negotiations to sell Hedonism II to Marshmallow Ltd," Let us hope it goes well. Watching other changes in ownership of late I know this can take months to happen or happen with in a very short time frame. I for one hope it goes well and soon.

    I think others were contingent on financing. I am guessing that the financing is all ready in place with these investors.
