Superclubs closed the Airport Lounge as of Sept 30th.

I dont think its a bad sign necessarily. They do not have enough hotels to support it.

From recent visits, they took care of our transportation needs getting us to Hedo II. Any suggestions?

Transportation was just being done thru their desk for people that had already booked, it has already been moved to the JTL desk, to the far left of the superclubs lounge.
They were doing their transportation in Sept anyway.
No problem mon.

Cop how much did JTL charge for transportation to and from the resort ?
Thinking of booking a quick 3 nighter on the 24-27 October

Reports are that the lounge is in fact not closed...guess I will see on Friday. Transfers can be obtained for $36 pp rt and some TA's are still covering the cost. BTW...if you have 4 people together you can get a private VAN for $70 each way which is the same cost and a direct drive to Hedo. I have heard that is you use JTL it is possible to make stops in Mobay and Lucea and Negril before you get to Hedo.

As nice as having that welcome desk was, it doesn't make great business sense to keep it open if Hedo II is only all-inclusive Super Clubs resort left on the island. Plus the shuttles are not covered by the resorts anymore.

Its the bus transportation system that is right in the lobby after immigration, luggage and customs, on your far left.
Cant miss it, big sign.

JTL stands for Jamaica Tours Limited, and is one of the transportation companies in Jamaica. We have used them previously for transfers from the Montero airport and things were just fine. Now that transfers are not paid for by the resort, maybe you'll have to pay JTL to get you there. if you do though, no worries as they are good people.

The lounge is still open , and I'm thinking if you book with any of the regular Hedo TA's ( Wild Women , Castaways, Love Voodoo, Tom's , Denny P ) add your transportation voucher in when you book your trip ... So there is no guess work when you get to MBJ.
There are other options too... Timair , private Taxi or Limo... I know as soon as I get thru customs at Montego Bay all I want to do is get to Hedo ! My take is just plan it before you arrive ?..
