Hate to say, but the smarter move for superclubs would be to close 2 and bring back 3 as a totally nude resort or nude/clothing option combo. Considering the condition of 2 (just got back and its getting pretty run down) , the larger capacity of 2 (bigger place = harder to fill) . Put that togehter with the fact that 3 is in much better shape, probably real nice shape considering the money they spent to freshen it up for SF. they would need to get a bigger jacuzzi and dredge a decent beach and they would have a really nice place to hang and party. 3 always seemed to have a crazy party...

ps.any hedo is a great hedo

The problem with that is - they didn't own 3, but they own 2. Wishful thinking

i know. they need to sell 2 and buy three. they dont have the capital to refurbish 2 and they are clearly not putting any dollars into the property. the room phones arent even working. and i remember when this facility didnt even have phone or tvs in the rooms.

Disagree wholeheartedly. I LOVE H2. The grounds, the layout, the beach. I didn't like H3 at all. Went one time and left mid-trip to head back to H2. So different strokes.

I just wish I had 43 million..I sure hope the theme stays and don't care who buys as long as the the theme stays. If they improve the facilities that is a plus.

As far as I have been told it has been sold to a new owner and I have all the same questions as all of you. I guess more info to come on this.

So from what I gather Couples Grand Negril is next door to Hedo. OK. I don't see that as an issue it just changed owners so if Hedo is over flowing we can stay at Couples Grand until our Room at Hedo comes available. Maybe the new owners will invest into this resort also and why not. The Hedonites are not going away anytime soon. I hope? Not yet.

Hmmm,I don't know what kind of businessman would pay MILLIONS for something and then destroy his customer base by making a drastic change to the product mix.So all fingers and thumbs crossed until further notice.
