Open to Suggestions

We are new on this site but have been following the forums as we plan our first visit to Hedo. We have two possible weeks we could travel--the last week of December or the last week of March. Are there advantages to one week over the other? Any advice from veterans would be appreciated. Thanks!

Check out the groups that are going to be there and touch base with them to see what group fits you best. Usually best to travel with a group as you get to know others before you go. Our group goes the end of April

We are booked for the last week of March, and have normally gone the last half of March. We don't know of any groups that will be there that same week, but what we like about that time is that the weather is almost perfect. The resort has not been sold out when we have been there, but the occupancy has been high.

We joined up with the Bare Bottom Bunch for New Year's last year for our first trip. They were a blast to party with! A group full of awesome people! Joining up with them again this year. Hedo is slow until just after Christmas and then the party atmosphere really picks up.
Whatever dates you choose, you will have the time of your life!

Groups can be a whole lot of fun and add to what a normal week at Hedo can be. But as Cop said there is never a bad time at Hedo. Don't over analyze it, there will be fun outgoing people whenever you decide to go. We usually go the last week of March...but because of Easter this year (3/31) we backed our trip up a week. If going a week earlier works for you we would love to have you join us...info on the Amigos in my sig.

We booked March 2-9 this coming year for Goddess Week, which was moved, but no problem (mon) ... Hedo here we come. The last two times we went, we ran into a fantastic couple from NYC, and guess what... We're booked for the same week again. Haha... and YAY!!!

If GWeek is moved permanently... We'll just have to start our own group trip for the first Saturday in March every year. :-)

If you\re thinking last week of Dec. try your best to include New Years Eve...Occupancy pre christmas and a day or two after is lower than usual due to the season...by the 29th it's a full house, and always a sell out New Years Eve. Best to book soon for this time frame as rooms get harder to get, and your prefered flight may fill up quickly with holiday travellers and Jamaicans returning home. Our flight from Toronto the last few years has always been full and sold out by late October.

Last week of March .. Millions has to follow the Easter Week schedule because of what she does. Others we met have the same issue.

Should be a good week. It will start with the end of the Hedo Amigo's and end with the start of the Repeat Offenders.
