Timeshares in the states are a forever commitment...Not sure about over there..Since we found Hedo we never used our timeshares and thinking our kids would use them when we were gone is probably wrong...I don't think bankruptcy can get u out of them either and no one wants to buy you out..Lesson learned.. I would not want to be segregated at any resort like wrist bands..Maybe there is hope for the Fantasy resort in Mexico?

Wow...velvet and I were looking forward to our return in 2013 (May), but now I'm not so sure...hope they do a LOT of mainatinence before then! When we went in 2011, they didn't tell us the water slide was completely torn down. Needless to say, it wasn't fixed in a week...Geez, I miss H3...

Great report, I remember that afternoon with the camera incident, I got up on stage at the nude pool for a free BJ (it ended up that the girl performed it on a banana ) but anyway I was having a good day (until a girl decided to grab on to ma goods underwater in an effort to turn me on for a dick shaking contest) ... left the pool, came back later and then hung out with this girl who was having her birthday and kept chasing fifty all over the pool,she had way too much to drink, but after a nap to sleep it off, we actually had a very good time hanging out.

I actually got out of the pool and came down by the grill when i saw the confrontation brewing, after about 30 secs I realized it was going to be nothing more than words (and the thought of throwing down butt naked ... with a group of other butt naked guys was not very appealing) so I went back in the pool and enjoyed the music and a few drinks.

whilst that was perhaps my last day at the nude pool, I did have an awesome time with the off property parties for dream weekend. I agree that the facilities are very crappy and will also more than likely seek alternative accomodation next year.

Maybe I am a beach bum and have not be to real classy resorts, but for what you get from Hedo, I think that it is an awesome resort. Not prefect, but I would say a 3.5 star resort. I plan on going back for many years to come. They are always trying, with painting and maintenance. And the place is clean enough you could eat off the floor. Then you throw in the atmosphere and the people and that makes it a 5 star resort!!!

Funny, we felt the same way when we came back from our 1st trip in 05, loved it, even shed a tear when I heard a Bob Marley song months later on the radio. Saved up like crazy to get back too. Then.....things started to change, without going into details (there really is no need) we decided to give it a break. I thought I would never say that in a million years, I was wrong. No resort is perfect, just perfect for you.
