This has to be us. Especially in July - when we have our largest trip of the year. We have no staff - so a sellout trip requires an amazing amount of time. In addition, I truly run three companies and my wife works full time. We love Fluffernutters but sometimes emails asking questions fall through the cracks. Until someone is booked and placed into the trip database we sometimes cannot answer every emailed question. You'd be astonsihed at the amount of email and voicemail we get. For first time newbies with us it can be a little stressful not getting the usual flow of paperwork that other agencies produce... but once someone has traveled with us they "get it" and no more worries....When that first goodie box comes they start to understand. SO if it was us (Fluffernutters) and we lost you - we are sorry - If we haven't lost you yet and it was us - call my cell phone directly...603-858-6000. Thanks!

After 8 Trips with Jon and Janet we can assure you that you will not be making a mistake travelling with the Fluffernutters. As busy as Jon is he always takes care of everyone in time for the trips and while on the resort they are always available to help you with all of your needs.
