Trip dates on forum calendar

We have noticed their are lot's of people that are going but they have not put the dates on the calendar. Not sure if it's because of people getting on the forum and going straight to the Hedo section without looking around first, so they haven't looked at the calendar or what. That's what we did "go to the good stuff first".

We know the regulars on here always update their info, just seemes that alot of others don't. Maybe it's because they dont know about the calendar?

So.....People update your trip dates on the calendar! It's cool to see who is going and when they will be there.

We put ours up almost a years in advance...as soon as the dates are confirmed.

Always posted on the calendar and in our signature, usually with websites so people can join us for the fun

Thanks for the service announcement. At first, we were disappointed to see that we were one of very few people going during the week. Then I searched for "October" in the forum and found other hedonites going that week. Good call on the announcement. Thanks. - R

Great idea, it's good to be able to see those going at the same time and perhaps break the ice in advance with an occasional hello or profile post.

There is also a visitor schedule on the "other" board that is often used more than here. It has a different format and is a little more user friendly.

We do like the schedule on the "other board as well, seems like more people use or update that one more often. It is an informative forum, just afraid we will end up with a negative attitude if we hang out there to long! Would much rather hang here with the HAPPY peeps.
