The new piano bar piano player is terrible.

He doesn't know any songs in the songbook. He rather play his own music than play requests.

He has no personality and doesn't interact well with the guests

Bring back Dion!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That is our opinion.

That seems to go right along with what people are saying. How unfortunate, I really liked the piano bar last year and was looking forward to the sing-alongs.

I was most disappointed that he plays an electronic keyboard!! Ugggh.
It was like elevator music! Terrible.
HOWEVER, David (new EC) brought down the house on Karaoke night!
Every trip I have a "laugh so hard it hurts" moment, and this was it for this trip!

It was so bad, literally half the furniture had been relocated outside onto the patio and people were just hanging out there!

If it is the same guy in March... his name is Michael , I enjoyed what he played , a guest that was there that week also played with him , he was a Sax player and really brought it !

Thursday night (April 12) he ask me sing Piano Man because he could not sing it, then he ask me to sing Great Balls of Fire because he had no clue how it went.

Anyone heading there, he does great jazz. We were there the first week he was. It went from he had no clue what to do to OK, so they want to see ppl strip... and was able to get that to happen at least. "We" embarrassed him when we sang the Hedo versions of the songs. But, he was working at making it work. Type up the songs you love to sing hedo style and take them with you to help him out over the next few months.

I have read so much negative about Deon over the last cpl of years and now seems ppl want him back fast????
This situation just goes to show how hard it is to have the right mix of music talent and over the top hedo style-style.

At least he showed up, set up early, was willing to play for hours and have the guest sing.

As to the chairs being moved, the more talking outside the better for hearing and singing inside!

If it was the night I was thinking about David (great new EC) was hilarious poking fun at Fifty and his muscles.
I do think the consensus on the piano guy was that he is terrible, and unless he changes drastically I doubt he will be there all that long
