    Gym Equipment

Does anyone know if they have any thai pads or focus pads in the gym at Hedo?

We'd bring our own but they're gonna push us over our weight limit.

I've never seen any there, but they could have some tucked away in a closet for requests...

In my opinion the Gym is very limited and small,ok to keep the muscles working and light workouts.Cardio equipment is good.

The gym at Hedo is one of the best equipped resort gyms you will find. it is also probably one of the most used resort gyms anywhere; however, there are no thai or focus pads. You will need to bring your own if you can't be without them for a few days. But you will have a good training partner there. Tyson runs the gym and he is a martial arts expert and specializes in combat fighting. He will love to have a sparring partner around for a few days.

That's great news. Sounds like I'll only need to take my gloves then. We're there for 2 weeks so it would have been a struggle to go that long without some contact work.

    Thanks for the info!
