wow. I can now see why people are reluctant to post comment / non-favourable reports on forums like this. It appears that most posts just blow smoke up peoples arses and when some one does put something constructive OR negative on here, they are subject of bullying. Being able to discuss in an adult manner, on a forum, well meaning observations, in some cases complaints without pointed comments or insinuations are what defines good from bad forums.

This post has clarified one point for me. If you have a different view point to others about something important, your either "working for the other side", a "liar" or both. I fall into none of the categories. I gave my honest views and observations about our trip. Not your trip, Todds view of the perfect trip, phillygirl22 view of the trip or Big C's view, but ours. Some agree with some of our views, others dont. But, dont make things personal.

If like Todd, people believe we have lied, exaggerated, a political motive or some other reason for posting our dissatisfaction with LV then "TOUGH". We didnt name people and we didnt make our post personel although some clearly feel we did. I thought Todds early response was excellent and possibly the most adult response to a forum post I have seen for a long time. (I sent a personal message to him saying so). Sadly the latter ones were disappointing and I wonder if he had hit the sangria early. Dude come on, you let yourself down....

Before I conclude this post I want to add one last thing. To our friends Chuck and Kenna, Doug and Shelly, Steve and Sandi, Paul and Dee, Betty and Steve, Deano and Karen, and we havent met but Polarbeargirl (your awesome), to Todd a great guy but last two posts!!!! love and Hugs to all. I decided to remove all the posts except the first reply. Because the rest is really non sense. I think we made a couple of mistakes. However I have to defend my employees when I think they are being unfairly accused of something. Some of what was stated in this thread is 100% true, and some is a not accurate. I will not reply to this thread again, because it has gotten out of hand and I hate all the negativity. However I want clear up a few items.

1. I do not believe Sue and Nigel stated anything that they did not believe to be true, nor do I think they were being malicious in any way shape for form. I feel that a few things were misjudged because they did not have all of the information.

2. A couple of the items I believe fall on someone that is not our employee and is a paid guest of Hedonism and we have no control over, and more than any guest.

3. I do not believe my staff was aware of the impression that they gave and this was a shame because they should have been! It left a bad taste in some guests mouths. I must however defend them to some degree and say that I think many guests misjudged them, I can relate because people have misjudged Elena and I in the past also. You know the whole walk a mile in my shoes saying!

4. We are aware of the issues that gave some guests general bad impression (most guests gave great reviews) and these situations can not and will not happen again, and have been dealt with.

5. Goddess Week does tend to have more singles than most trips. There were 28 single women and 20 single men. Some people thought this was very positive and loved the trop because of this.

Firstly, thank you for a very refreshing and honest response. I totally accept all that you say and it is great to see that as a host you didnt just disagree with my post.

As stated my wife and I were independant travellers and are not Fluffs or part of any group travel scheme. I posted my obsevations on our trip in an honest, and frank way without being personal. Hey isnt that what forums are for. We attended LV 2011 which I would like to add was awesome but in my view this year was poor for the reasons I provide. I would like to endorse the comments of Phillygirl22 in that it is nice to see some people take customer satisfaction seriously! You clearly do.
As for Fluffs taking advantage of posts and vise versa (Big C), hey thats what happens in forums. Not good but something we have to accept.
I agree totally with your observations about porn at the disco (Fluffs) not needed.

As for Big C. I have to DISAGREE with some aspects of your post but I understand you are a BALANCER for the comments made by Fluffs. Not that you didnt have a blast, hey its your vacation and you most likely did. Hell, we hope you did. The comments "Sherry was every where from the nude pool to the dining room she talked to us daily and answered all our questions and We went to the playroom 2 times and saw none of what was posted" are biaised and not exactly true. The playroom incidents. I chose not to mention names in my earlier post AND will continue with that, but you must have either visited at the wrong time or maybe enjoyed the local potion too much. We observed two incidents on two separate nights. Hey great to watch but I am sure you get the message. During the LV week we saw Sherry at the nude pool maybe three times. Of the three times, once she was overseeing an organised game and the second was a very quick walk through. She was clothed by the way.

Guys, The fact that people have different likes and dislikes is what makes life interesting and forums like this worth reading. Todd, again, thank you for your honest response, its refreshing to know that you care enough to take the time to respond to what is an observation by a unaffiliated guest at Hedo. Very refreshing.

All my comments were very TRUE and are not biased at all and who are you to say that they are!!! I was defending Sherry because she deserves it! We saw Sherry daily either at breakfast or in the lobby or she came up to us at lunch and another time at dinner! @ different days they were at the pool putting tattoos on and she put one on the lady next to me and 1 of the divine men put one on me!! I have nothing to win or lose by making my comments about how much we enjoyed our trip!!My husband and I were just shocked that you had such negative stuff to say when we thought there was a improvement from our most recent trips!! You are entitled to your opinion but remember so are we!! I never comment on here even though we have been members for a couple years and I am very offened that when I do I am called a liar and that I have a motive!!!
