Yoga at HII

For those that have read any of my other posts, you know that my wife and
I have our first (virgin) trip to HII scheduled for the first week of December.
We think we're getting a good idea what to expect, but there are still a few
details that we were wondering about.

My wife is very much into Yoga. She can't get through the day without
spending some time in one or another pretzel pose. She is very much looking
forward to greeting the sun on the beach each morning (although I've been
telling her that since HII is on the west end of the island she would do better
to say goodnight to the sun and greet the moon each evening). She's even
thinking about some naked Yoga on the nude beach, but she would have to
find a time of day when it was enough quiet find her Zen.

On the official Superclubs web site they talk about Yoga activities at the
Grand Lido Resorts, but nothing about anything at the Hedonism resorts.
Even without anything organized by the resort she's still ready to 'Omm...',
but does anyone know if they have any organized Yoga sessions or
any other activities at HII?

Also, we found something about a Negril Yoga Centre that is apparently
down at the south end of Negril Bay. Does anyone know anything about this
place? Do they allow 'walk ins' or are reservations required? Can the HII staff
assist with reservations if necessary? Is a day trip or an afternoon to the
Centre even worth it or will she be able to find her Zen right there on the
HII property?

My wife is also into Yoga and is looking forward to a couple of Yoga sessions they offer at Hedo2. She is also looking forward to some nude yoga in the mornings. It is usually quiet early in the mornings and enough sun to enjoy on the beach. Too bad we aren't there at the same time and the women could hook up.

They do have yoga classes on site at H2. It isn't very sophisticated, but it is nice to get stretched out. Unfortunately, it is indoors, and clothed.

They do have nude wateraerobics (taught by the same yoga instructor) as well.

The clothing optional side of the beach is usually very quiet with people walking by to head to the nude beach. My wife gets in preztel positions but I don't think the same ones that your wife is talking about

They have yoga at hedo?!
I had NO idea. ...

mornings on the beach are relatively quiet. You can "greet the sun" from the raised platform over the main pool. (Albeit barely)
Cabs are expensive, I suggest giving the nature of hedo a chance... I've found a lot of peace and contentment just from the whole experience. (And no, I'm not being sexual)

This thread is from 2006. Back then there were often guest yoga instructors. As far as I know, there is not yoga routinely offered at Hedo now in 2013.

I have seen guest leaders for yoga classes in recent years too but that all depends what group and who is there.
Maybe she will want to lead a class?
