We were able to collect all of ours for last year when we checked out New Years. My very efficeint wife took care of it. It seems to us that the points (like all points) value has gone down. You can try Avorine Downie at Hedo.

Yea we got beat for the week of Christmas only 69 points something wrong.

Okay, I have been to Hedo 5 times and have never enrolled in the Loyalty program.
I was going to ask you guys some questions about about it and thought I woudl try google as I hadnt seen it on the Hedonism or Superclubs website before.
This is what I Found out:

9. How is HedoCa$h calculated?
As a member you'll earn 5% of the total paid land portion of your Hedonism Resort stay(s). For example, if the paid land portion of your stay(s) total $1,000 you earn $50 in HedoCa$h. From time to time we may offer "double points" on select travel periods. Check the HedonismI.com and Hedonism.com sites regularly for more details.
Lewis, according to the above, you should have received 5% unless your stay was only $1380 for the two of you... Looks like they may owe you some points.
Another point to mention is that your points expire after two years.
And that you need a minimum of $100 before you can redeem the points.
And the standard non transferable and has no cash value.....

We got 88points for 10 days but are not sure about expiring after 2 years as we have a balance of almost 600 after 5 trips and are going to use them this year but will see what happens then

I hope you get to claim them all.
I was just referring to what they have listed on the FAQ sheet:
How long is HedoCa$h valid for?
All HedoCa$h must be redeemed within 2 years from earned date.
Hopefully that isnt something they enforce.
Maybe things have changed and they havent updated the information.
They still refer to Hedonism III on the above link as well.

We have been enrolled in the plan from the beginning and have use our points up each year. They say 5% but conditions seem to apply when you go to use them for last year we received $161 not including our New Years stay we paid around $3,800 for the room last Feb so we should have received $190 Liz questioned them and their was some excuse that not all of the nights counted because of some other deal which was applied to the rate. We have learned to verify the points each trip before we leave the resort. I would never hold on to the old points due to the tendency of companies to change rewards as they please. The points are a nice bonus, of course they do not affect wether or not we are going to keep coming home.

We have points we plan to use this year as well. The issue we have not resolved with the system is that points have been "used" for a trip we never took. I will be back at this issue later today. Hate it when glitches happen with "free" programs like this. It is always the hardest ones to fix.
Just clarified with Liz, the reason we were short $29, we paid with points last Feb.......they do not give points for the part of your trip you pay with points.....Guess that makes sense LOL
