Hotels... basically you have three options.. apartments through various agencies; hotels or aparthotels such as Jardin D'Eden / Jardin De Babylone, Hotel Eve or camping...

We have always found them efficient but it's not cheap... swingers are everywhere.. you won't have to look far.. believe us!

As for timing that's tricky.. Cap buzzes in peak months, really throbs all day and night.. peak is July and August.. later on the sea gets warmer early September we found perfect.. still enough people but not too crowded.. in May and June the weather can be variable

SDC do some takeover events.. we have heard varying reports.. not been on those ourselves...

Chaco is hard to find.

The nude beach there isn't really a beach, but there are a couple of great semi-natural pools you can swim in. When i was there it was pretty quiet + the pools aren't so good if you happen to be there at low tide.

What I really liked was that you could walk or jog along the coastline naked for a mile or so in either direction.

While we were in Lanzarote, we traveled around the island a couple days. Of all the places we visited, Charco de Palo was the hardest to find and among the most disappointing when we arrived. So we didn't stay there very long at all. Overall we weren't impressed with any of the nude beaches on Lanzarote....but Spice is amazing and visiting some of the Vanilla areas was worthwhile: We rode a Moroccan camel across a lava field...and the views from Mirador del Rio (not to mention the architecture of the building itself) were breathtaking and unique.

Very interesting. As members of FCN, we have just begun researching this destination, and perhaps working on a "group" trip for summer of 2012.

Thanks for the info. We would probably go in Sept., as the airfare will be cheaper from the US once school is back in session. So it is good to know that water is still warm enough. Hotels are not all inclusive. What is your experience with the apartments? Are there ones near the swinger beach/hotel/clubs? We don't want to spend all week walking all over town. We want to be close to the swinger beach and the swinger clubs for the evening activities. I have heard that the apartments weekly rate is cheaper than the hotels.
We will keep researching CAD, but won't be able to make it until 2013, as 2012 we are already going to Hedo.
It would be really nice to go with a scheduled group of swingers, but are there any groups planning trips in Sept? If anyone knows, let me know!!

We'd love to be part of a group takeover of Spice if the timing fit our schedule. We are already going to Europe Summer of 2012 so would be thinking of a later date. We may stopover at Spice to revisit for a couple days ahead of that upcoming trip.
