It is a neat tool...we used it last year to calculate how long the walk would be from H2 to Margaritaville. About 50 of us went....boy did we get some looks when we went through Sandals and Couples....lol! This year we plan to take cabs to the opposite end of the beach and walk back towards Margaritaville...should be fun as I hear there are more shops and little bars along the way. Our version of a pub crawl!!!
How far is it to Margaritaville, may be doing that in about a week

It is a little over two miles. One interesting tidbit I found out last year while planning this is Negril's 7 mile beach really is not 7 miles!!! Well at least the portion between Hedo and the cliffs is only around 4.5. If you add in the beach from Bloody Bay that is where the 7 Miles comes from. Anyway, the walk from H2 to Margaritaville is a great little trip and you can do the entire thing on the beach except for one little area where you have to detour to the road for around 100 yards. Good way to walk off a hang over!

We are planning a Hedo People trip to Vegas in 2012 to one of the WW events there, probably towards the end of the summer. Once details are worked out I will be posting the info here. Stay tuned.....

The Gf and I walked to Margaritaville in under an hour last year. That's the fastest I've ever made it because there are so many beautiful places to swim along the way, I always want to stop for a dip or two. It's a very nice walk. If after reaching Margaritaville if you are still game keep walking down the beach to where the real fun is. Then take a cab back to the resort. It won't cost anymore from Bourbon Beach way down on the end as it will from Margaritaville. Figure $10.00 for two plus a nice tip for a cab back.
