Hello everyone! Just got back from the virgin trip at Desire. We will provide some details and pics as soon as we can get our feet on the ground, and get our hearts to slow down. Had a great time because of some experiences and despite some other experiences! Unfortunately, not everyone there is your friend. One thing is certain.....We are closer to one another now than we ever were before and are convinced that would not have happened had we not taken this trip. We are eagerly looking forward to Hedo in January! Got a feeling we will like Hedo even more than Desire.

We were very excited about getting to Desire and starting to live out the adventures that have been dancing in our heads since we started discussing this possibility. As we found out later, it would have been wiser to go there expecting to enjoy each other, and let everything else happen if it did.
We dove right in as we were advised, and expected everyone to come right over to welcome us when we went to the hot tub. We were a bit surprised to see that most people were divided into their own small groups, and although they were generally polite, we were clearly outsiders. There were even a few cases where people we met didn’t want much more to do with us once they discovered we were ‘virgins’. We made a few friends during the week, but the atmosphere was not what we had expected. Looks like most folks there are repeat visitors and they went to meet someone specific.
We also had one experience that taught us a valuable lesson:”Not everyone there is your friend!”
That being said, we did meet a few people who were happy to include us and we had a great time with them. We probably could have enjoyed ourselves a bit more if we had managed the tequila a little better as time went by, but who thinks about that on vacation?
We had one evening out by ourselves where we thoroughly enjoyed having fun together in the great sexually charged atmosphere. We went to the disco where Susan got to showcase her talent with the pole. She was quite the star that night!!!
The resort of course is a wonderful place and the staff is simply magnificent. The details about the grounds and the staff and the food have been stated before, and we agree with all of the positive statements so we won’t go over it all again.

We are now looking forward to our January trip to Hedo, and the inevitable comparison that one friend has already referred to as a “side-by-side taste test”. We can’t wait for that part. Any volunteers????

we will Volunteer ...lol.... we have heard almost the same report from a couple of other ppl we know that has went to Desire. from what we have heard about hedo from friends that have been there and from what we have read here its going to be great all around fun there... can't wait... see ya in jan.

We don't truly have a reference, never having been to Desire before, but... That being said, our first trip to Hedo was truly fantastic. There were many people who were repeaters for multiple trips, and yet they were more than happy to strike up a random conversation with you and make you feel comfortable immediately. By the end of the second day we had no lack of friends and by the time we left we felt tears welling up that we had to leave our "new home" and would not see all of our new best friends for so long... So much so that we get together with local people we met in the "in between" times and are Facebook, E-mail, Messenger, telephone and whatever else friends with a bunch more that we logistically can't get to see.

Reading these responses makes January seem that much further away. We just booked an extension on the Hedo trip! It is now two weeks long. January 14-28, 2012. That should give us time to become aquainted with someone. Gotta make sure the kids' inheritance is gone before I am.

Gonna be curious on how the two compare, we have been to caliente a number of times. It sounds like Desire, alot of groups that were friendly, but seemed to be content with staying within their own clique.
