    Music

What kind of music do they play at Hedo? Do they play music poolside? If so what kind. What kind of music do they play in the disco? Is it a mixture of genres or do they stick to a certain type? Is it newer music or is it oldies? I like all music (minus country) but I like to dance to newer music (so does the Mrs.) and so I was just wondering. Thanks in advance.

Omega Omega Omega...Unless that have made some drastic changes to the music selection, you will hear a lot of the same stuff, and the mix is from what I remember, revolving around Caribbean, Reggae, R&B, some Dance, but to be honest I have never really paid attention aside from trivia in the dining area. There, you get a decent mix and a lot of oldies. As for the disco...I could guess, but usually there is so much going on there and around the pool (sometimes music is on out there) it just comes off to me as "background noise." LOL

Years past, they've had Reggae playing at the nude pool. This year (just got back last Saturday), the nude pool music was only there half the time and when it was, it was a mixture of Reggae and dinner type jazzy music. I like jazz and standards but not while I'm partying in the pool. Not sure whose idea that was but it wasn't a good one. Luckily, our group, International Delights, had a daily happy hour by the pool with our own DJ, Mark Maze. This definitely brightened things up from 3pm to 5pm.

They have been known to "adjust" the music, at the nude pool, if people ask

Load your iPod with Bob Marley and you will be the hit of the nude pool.

As always, I recommend you bring your own music... MP3 players are cheap so there is no reason not to have your own stuff with you

Mark does a great job with the music for the Nude Pool Happy Hours. I always bring an iPod full of music and a small set of speakers for the room and the beach.

I'll put some Motown and other 1960s music on my iPod then, in addition to the Bob Marley and Jimmy Buffett.
