Hi everyone we are back from a great week with the Jamaican Water Slide Team. Every year seems to get better and better. Thanks to Sunset Bill and Miss Nancy for a great week. Ok now on the the review.
We arrived in Mobay a little before noon on saturday. Customs and security was a breeze. We got to the superclubs desk for check in and I must say they really need to teach those guys to type. Wow very slow. Took about 30 min to get check-in. We did meet alot of members in our group at check-in so that made the wait seem shorter.. We were off to the bus. As usaly the ride was long and the qucik pit stop was some out of the way dive the driver knew. Oh well it was short at least.
We got to the resort and were met by members of the JWST and hugs and handshakes were given to all. It was like returning to a family reuion. We got thru checking in and were taken to our room. This room was so far in the prude area we could chat with people from Sandals LOL. The next day we moved to the nude side.. This was a Giant improvement.
Each Morning Started out in the same way with a Team Breakfast in the main dining room. This was a good source of information of what happened the night before. So with that "what is said and the breakfast table stays at the breakfast table".
Each day we went to the nude pool and it was very nice to see the improvements that have been completed. Gone are those little walk thru water puddles to wash the sand off your feet. The area was clean and the entertainment staff kept us all laughing. Miss Serena was there during the week to make sure we all had a great time. She really does know how to bring the Fun.
Food this year to us was a giant leap forward from where is was last year. New Executive Chef Joseph and his Staff did a great job. Joseph was everwhere asking how your food was and if there was anything that could be done better. I have to say He made the trip for us. We had losbters on friday night and oh my were they good. So if you go please compliment Joseph and his staff if they did a good job for you.
On to getting home. everything went well except that the baggage handlers on the bus tore both handles off of our large luggage.
Now back to reality..
