Castaways Travel

Has anyone booked a trip to H2 through them? Am looking at doing so and just want to hear if they are reliable, etc. Thanks!

We just got back yesterday from our trip to HedoII that we booked thru Castaways. They are great people to deal with. We had absolutely no problems and they were very helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely use them again.

Jennifer at Castaways always gives us excellent customer service and I highly recommend them.

oh yes we use them also and Jennifer is great , she will end up making you laugh as you give her all your money some how , all kidding aside they are a awsome travel agency and make sure you talk with jennifer she has it down

We agree. We have booked each trip with Castaways and never had an issue.
The entire staff there is well versed in everything Hedo, and Jennifer is fantastic.

We have found that DennyP at dennyp.com is always cheaper then castaway travel.

We would also have to reommend Castaways for no problems, easy to deal with, and easy to reach....either phone direct to their toll free number to deal with Jennifer, or you can use their on-line booking form.

We booked through Castaways, and Jennifer has been extremely helpful. If you are traveling with a group (as we are) you'll likely get the best deal with whomever the group is using. We did some comparison shopping, and the Castaways quote was about $200 less for our trip than other TA's.

We found the same thing. Denny P was quite a bit cheaper and was also very good to deal with.

We booked with Castaways for the 4th of July week, and all has gone smoothly. We checked with a few other agencies, too, including DennyP, and Castaways had the best price for that particular week.

I also wanted to add that we shop TAs every trip. One trip one TA will be cheaper, the next time another. We have used quite a few TAs over the years, but over the past 5 or 6 years we've tended to get quotes from:

Go Classy

It ALWAYS pays to shop around. All of the TAs above give great service, so go with whomever offers you the best price.

Our group uses castaways for our travel agent and they are always helpful, efficient and on the ball. Great way to go.

We are preparing for our 11th trip to Hedo 3 and our 4th to Hedo 2, all booked with Castaways. Having been at Hedo 3 on 9/11, the service we received from these folks while we were stranded, the constant contact to make sure everything was ok have earned my loyalty, we do not shop, we just book with Castaways...Oh and yes, Jennifer is a whoot...
