Day Passes At Desire

Does Desire have day passes, how far is it from Cancun?

We stayed at Temptation in Cancun, and got Day pass to Desire. Ask at the front desk of your hotel to call Desire to find out cost. It was worth the day pass. It took about 45 minutes from cancun to get down there.

No, Desire does NOT have day passes, it changed a while ago.
From the resort sites FAQ page:

"15) ARE DAY PASSES AVAILABLE?
Desire is clothing optional, couples only resort where we guarantee a private and intimate vacation. In respect of the privacy of our guests we do not sell any day or night passes. "

Temptations is Desire's sister resort.....if you are a guest at Temptations, you can get an up grade to Desire if you are a couple. Last year we were at Desire at the beginning of the swine flu outbreak and the resort was at less than half occupancy, so several guests from Temptation showed up for 2 days for a free upgrade. The whole idea was to generate interest in the clothing optional experience and to get new travellers booking at Desire in the future
