Color Preferences

I'm trying to tweak the colors, but before I go too far I suppose I might as well ask your preferences.

Currently the forum homepage has mostly shades of grey with colored highlights, once you get into forums and threads it is the traditional red/orange.

Which way do you prefer?

When I was reading a thread I clicked on a persons avatar and under it is the way to view there profile, send a message etc. But it is in a faint yellow color and hard to read. But otherthan that the coloring is fine.

Try to log in and you cant see anything.

Black on burgundy if you "quote" is very difficult to read....Agree with Scuba Steve...white printing on yellow background almost impossible to see on loging section.

I personally like the greys over the traditional red/orange, but the deep colors are part of what makes the site unique.

I'm finding the red really hard to focus on, like it's blurry. Granted, my eyes are not what they used to be, but I was able to read the other forum okay. Will there be any other color themes to choose from?

I thought I got it back to pretty similar to what it was before.... do you have any specific feedback?

It's different but not "way out" different. Changes made will be common practice in about a month or so but one thing that should be changed is the user name on the posts. I think the color should be "bright" yellow or some color that I can read at a glance. Thanks for your work Chris...... have a nice day Dick
