We have had Pool front rooms twice and will get them again on the next trip.
The quad pool was pretty active during the day and quiet at night, seemed to be the best of both worlds. Really loved it...

We have been at III in July & October, prefered October because the weather was a bit better and there were a ton more sunsets to see.

I don't think the NEXTEL will work there yet. My CINGULAR worked well but cost me about $150.00 and we called maybe 4 times for about 20 minutes each. There are rental phones available, not sure...
