That is disappointing to hear. You do have some recourse here though. In the last number of years Tumblr has been taken to task for copyright infringement. If you go to their website...

We have to ask where that shower is... we stayed in a 4 Seasons in the Middle East that had a shower exactly like that. (can't believe we're asking a question about the shower after seeing that pic!)
