July 12-21 with the Fluffernutters, trip #14 to Hedo!
All of the above.... but especially the hammocks on the patio just landward of the nude hot tub.
Just the right heighth, and well lit.
Exploring the resort and stumbling on these is part of the fun. I found a whole area of the resort on the last trip (#11) I didn't know was there - the spice and herb garden.
Google earth says 24 feet.
and many of us born well before that, have never had the shots... because we had the diseases.

It's still there. Walk out the path between the two sets of tennis courts, and it's just beyond them.

There are three easy shopping options:
(1) there are vendors on-site near the Prude beach grill. Arts & crafts mostly. Prices are higher that elsewhere due to their paying rent. The vendors...
Coconut rum and pineapple juice
Prude side is always topless.
First: you're going to have the adventure of your life. It may not be the adventure you're fantasizing about, but some of it will be way outside what you can imagine.
For a first timer, staying on...
The "seven mile beach" is really about 4.5 miles (Chambers of Commerce are the same everywhere), and Hedo is at the north end. It's closer to seven miles if you count Bloody Bay, on the far side of...
BTDT. Take a hint from the army in the Middle East: if you aren't drinking enough water to need to pee once an hour, you aren't drinking enough water. I go through a 32 once mug of water 2-3 times an...

Jamaica is British culture historically, and they made sure that the tap ("pipe") water is excellent. No problems drinking it in 10 trips.

The fresh fish on the buffet grill is excellent! Due to a former general manager being a serious fisherman, Hedo II has the reputation of paying top dollar in Negril for that day's deep-sea-caught...
Our first trip in 2004, we met a couple both about 70. He was a retired engineer; she was native French... and Bardot's stand-in in the 50s/60s movies. Fascinating folks. Older = more interesting...
several years ago, when HII had a Cajun guy as head chef (best food ever there!), Wed was Mardi Gras night. It hasn't been that way in 2-3 years, but you know how outdated information persists on the...
Island shirts, nice shorts, and sandals are the norm for guys in Pastafari. Considering the temperature in Munasan most nights, I'd suggest just a thong, but I go with the above.
A caveat: if you are like me, who wiggles his little finger and starts sweating, the JA climate dictates a pair of shorts and a t-shirt per day, plus an island shirt per evening. You do not want to...
Jamaica's infrastructure comes from the British culture. They made sure the water system is good. We've never had problems with the water, and we drink lots of it.
Now the rum is another story......

It sounds like it's primarily a Bahamian version of Carnivale.

Jamaica is historically British culture; they made sure the water is safe. 10 trips and no problems.
