it's not a perfect system, but it does have some benefits...
With a 20 week old fetus in me I will definitely care about the food and A/C - and the comfort of the bed! Though those concerns are in the minority...
like FunLovinGal said, if there's compensation for a room downgrade that helps. I'd prefer the difference in price be refunded rather than a credit towards a next visit that more than likely will...
