Quarantine on Arrivalu
Ok just getting some conflicting information so need a clarification please . Is there any requirement for Canadian travelers to quarantine on arrival if fully vaxxed and with a current negative test result? And what test is required to enter Jamaica?
Thanks in advance

Before you are allowed to get on the plane in CANADA headed for Jamaica, along with official proof of being fully vaccinated you need to present your negative PCR Covid test result. The PCR test must be done within 72 hours of departure.. Also bring along your Jamaican Travel Authorisation (obtain online 3 days before arrival). No need for Quarantine except 14 days at the end of your trip if you test positive when getting a PCR test a day or two before you leave Jamaica. The second PCR test must be completed within 72 hours of leaving Jamaica. When you get tested at the resort bring photo identification and allow for over 48 hours to get the results back. Cost is around $ 90. US per person. If it's negative you will depart on your plane home as scheduled.
Also 72 hours before your trip, Google 'Help for ArriveCAN' as you MUST have uploaded proof of vaccination and negative Covid test result on your ArriveCAN app or an ArriveCAN receipt with V beside each travellers name obtained from successful submission on the ArriveCAN website

We will be connecting through Toronto on the trip down and a direct flight coming home. I got my information from the Canadian federal government website and my travel agent.
