Desire Cabo Sold. No longer.

Dear Partner,

We wish to inform you that after weeks of negotiations, the Desire Resort & Spa Los Cabos owners have reached an agreement to sell the resort. Therefore this property will only operate as a Desire Resort & Spa Los Cabos until June 13, 2013.

We understand the implications of giving such short notice. This type of negotiations can take from a few weeks to many months, however, in our case, once we put the property up for sale, we were able to reach an agreement in a relatively short time. We thank you for all the support you have given to this project and also appreciate your understanding and cooperation to make this transition as smooth as possible.

We will be in close contact with you to address all and each of the situations that may result for this sudden decision and will take all the necessary steps to resolve any particular issue.

Got the same email, so much for our February trip. It's too bad they flipped the concept back and forth too many times and didn't give it more time to develop. Guess we're heading back to Hedo (which isn't a bad thing!).

Well that totally sucks, We were planning on going for Halloween 2013. So glad we did not buy plane tickets yet.
