can you be nude on the prude side if you choose? is it optional? im asking just out of curiosity since I keep getting a different answer?
also are there places you can NOT be nude? i knwo the restaurants and i think the disco?

Damn good question. Just before III closed they opened up the prude side to be CO. Was a big hit, did they extend it to II?
I have only been to Hedo 3, but from my understanding they switched Hedo 2 to clothing optional (or nude, lol) for quite some time. You can be nude in the disco (unless it is severly different from Hedo 2 & Desire) - a lot of people go there clothed, but a lot end up naked :)' Just the restaurants and lobey pretty much and that is BARELY!!!! Go, have fun and get naked everywhere you can!!!!!
(Good boy)Usually during the day if for some reason I happen to be on the prude side I'll wrap a towel around because there might be some people who are there who might be offended by my nekkind ass wandering by, it's their vacation and they paid their money too,(despite the fact it's a nude resort!) all fine.
(Bad boy)Now if I'm a little twisted and I don't feel like wearing a towel back to wherever, I don't...........nobody seems to care, occasionally someone will wag a finger at you and mention prude side, but whatever.
I always try to be respectful of the housekeeping staff, many of the prude side workers are there for that exact reason (and many are religious)and they shouldn't have to see my nekkid butt at 10:30 am looking for cigarette papers, LOL
The rest: dining, disco are just common sense which is apparent when you're on-site

Prude side pool is C/O....but you cannot be nude at the main bar, main dining room, resturants or the lobby. So if you are hanging nude in the prude pool you will have to get dressed to get a drink. Rules seem to get a little laxed at night. Word from the front last week was the resort was 90% full and no one was in the prude pool except a few people.
from people that have been to both many times. when we were at 3 we equally loved the quad (c/o) as much as the nude pool. the quad was set to the side and a bit secluded in its own way. the prude pool at 2 is as much out in the open as u can get. you have the restaurant right there the main dining room the lobby, the front desk and all the offices. the amount of clothed people will always greatly out number the amount of nude people. personaly for me i really dont give a rats ass. im pretty much comfy in front of anyone. however for some of the new people it might be a little akward. you might not feel as comfortable as much as if everyone around you was the same as u.
just a thought..

We were told by the General Manager in Sept that the Prude Pool is considered their Quad, clothing optional. Since that is where the volleyball net is and many of our members are fond of playing nude volleyball, we wanted to be sure. We have several afternoon volleyball games scheduled for our members to get together and play nude.
And if you want a drink from the bar, throw a suite or a towel on while at the bar, drop and back in the pool for some fun.

We just returned from HII on the 7th. We spent most of the week at the prude beach from after breakfast until mid afternoon nap. We were nude the whole time up until the 6th when a security guard told us we couldn't be nude on the prude side. I'm guessing he was just either being as ass or acting on a complaint as there were others there nude at the same time and he never said anything to them.
So we packed our stuff and got dressed to stroll over to sandals for some "family pics" and when we returned, where we wre lying nude a couple hours before there were more nude people!!! Grrr.
Ahh well. We still had a fantastic time.
Regarding the dicso: we saw nude people there every time we went. Only one or two, but they were there. PJ night is supposed to be the only night you can be nude there.
Regarding the prude pool: roger the previous comment re: it being empty most of the week. Granted we noted it was much cleaner than the nude pool. The water slide is also amazing fun to do nude :)

While playing volleyball in the prude pool being naked, a woman and I got out to get drinks for everyone. We walked to the bar naked and the bartenders just looked at us and wouldn't approach us. I put one hand on my ass and one hand on hers and told him that our bottoms were covered so he had to serve us. He laughed hard and came over to get our drinks.Quote:

We were there from the 28th through the 6th and it was C/O as stated above. It was neat to actually see some people using the prude side. In my earlier posts I stated that at HIII I had only seen 6 or so people using the prude side. I think at HII that number would have been high if you don't count the nude people. I think with the new format more of the assets of the resort will get used and improve the overall quality of the resort since 70% won't be empty with 97% of the people elbow to elbow in the other 30%.
We had a great time and I think the C/O prude side is a winning combo and shouldn't cause any issues as long as people use common sense and keep the PDA's and such in check on the C/O side.
