It is going to be a facility for private parties or events. If a group opens their event to the rest of the resort, it will be free. If it is a private event, there will be a charge to use it.
Interesting. I'm not a fan of the exclusive parties. We find it just separates everyone when we should all be partying together. I don't mind an event here and there but would hate for groups to host a private dance party say when the glow party is on. It would just take a way from the main event.

I can't see a group ever hosting a private event while the rave party or the foam party is going on as many would pick the resort event over the private event

Can't picture that. Walking past the tennis courts toward the upper garden rooms? To the right of those Garden rooms?
If you're standing at the little tennis gear shack looking at the 2 courts in front of you it would be like 30 degrees to the right, 2 story height kinda skinny building, to the right of the basketball courts
