I fly out of Cleveland. My layovers have been in either Charlotte or Houston. Though Atlanta and Miami are also possibilities on some flights to Jamaica that I have looked at.

Have you ever found a direct flight from Ohio to Montego Bay? On three of my four trips, I've been delayed at the connecting flight airports.
