Hullo, dear Bob! Just wanted to let you know that we made it to Hedo last month — finally, after a two-year absence. I'm still undergoing cancer treatment, but I felt well enough to give it a try. Hey guys ! Hope all is well ! It was another great June trip ! We all missed you guys and everyone says hello.
It's not looking too good for June, dear Bob. I (Cliff) have begun treatment for cancer, and it'll prob'ly be a few months. We're hoping for a good enough outcome to schedule a trip in the fall. Meanwhile, we shall think of you and the fun we had. Have a grand time in June, and say a cheerful Hedo 'Hello' to everyone for us. Warmly, L + C
