Check out sxmdeals.com/st-maarten-excursions-captain-paul-clothing-optional-tour. We are booked for 3/10/2015. Can't wait. When are you going?

Also, we read on other forums that nudity is prohibited on Tintamarre Island now. Signs and patrols. That is crazy. We sure had fun visiting the island on the Tiko Tiko cruise.

We are going Saturday. We may do Peggy, and Pauls, but we prefer sailing. Tintamarre is not allowing nudity now, but Tiko Tiko has been exempted from the new rule. There is a caveat, that you can't walk the beach, only allowed to lay out, and swim in the nude.

Ok. Understand on the sailing. We did hear the same thing about anchoring and just not on the island. Enjoy your trip. We look forward to hearing about the fun.

Just returned from our trip to Club O. Nice, relaxing, nude vacation. As always, some nice people, some nice snorkeling and some excellent meals. Definitely not a Hedo-type vacation! Against the advice of others we drove to Marigot. Had a nice dinner by the marina but the town looks pretty rough. We stopped back briefly in Marigot on our way back to the airport on Sunday afternoon to buy a handbag and someone broke into our car and stole some electronics. I don't think we'll be returning to St Martin anytime soon.

for those that want to sail, i would recommend renting a cat in the BVI along with 3 or 4 other couples for a week. We did this in feb of this year and had a great time, plus seeing more of the islands than had you stayed at a resort. I highly recommend the trip and if needed can put you in contact with the cat we were on. C/O is ok with this owner and captain. The food was outstanding, snorkeling was great, even found some coins in the caves we snorkeled in. If you go, be sure to do the baths as this was one of my favorite places on the trip. Also be sure to try the drink called bushwhacker, great drink!

I agree with Islandlife here, and it may warrant a new thread. Renting a cat for a week in the BVI's is amazing! We have done it, and if you do a crewed charter the first mate is frequently a trained chef. The best food vacation we ever had!! There are some that are cool with nudity, you can pick a few other couples to go with that you like to party with, the sailing is great, and the best beach bars in the Caribbean are in the BVI's.
46to10, very sorry for your bad experience in Marigot, the petty crime in St. Martin is the biggest reason we didn't get there sooner. We were fortunate not to have had any problems in February. Honestly, I think Orient is a bit too crowded for us. We stayed at Grand Case beach club, and it was delightful except for the fact you can't go naked, but Happy Bay nearby was a good spot to "allover" tan.

    Cheers,
