Yes, the user name I think has to be all one word, no spaces
I can't find the thread about someone Canadian asking about whether the $500 passion points coupon can be used by Canadian carriers. But I got my local travel agent to look into it and it took her a while. But she found out that you book your trip through an agent (not on line) and you have to pay everything up front and then the company (like Air Canada or whatever) validates the coupon and then sends it on to their accounting department and then you get a credit back mailed to you in the form of a cheque. So now you can check it out, sign up for a lifetime membership ($500) and get a credit of $500 towards your next trip (within a year) and you then pay nothing for the lifetime membership

I really can't see Air Canada cooperating with that. Don't think I'd take the chance.
Can you use the certificate through an agent or do you have to book through Hedo? Can you use it towards a trip you've put a deposit on? We booked for July 2015 with the fluffernutters. It makes sense if can use it on that trip if not it doesn't because we won't be able to go every year.
If you booked thru Fluffs web site I pretty sure you could use this trip or next. CAN NOT be used as a deposit or portion of deposit. If different agent ask them their policy towards the coupon - others will respond - getting ours for Feb now that our deposit is taken care of - its early - the dog woke me up and he went back to bed and here I sit trolling and not even coffee is helping!

If you are booked with the Fluffs, obtain your certificate by sending an email to redemption@hedonism.com. Give them your user name on the Hedo Community site as well as your real names. In about a week, Cherilyn will email you with your certificate attached. Forward that email to Juliana who will reply with your new price after your voucher. Print out a copy of the voucher from your email and bring it with you to the resort and present it at check in. The originals are held down there and they need to match up your voucher with the original.

Hi HedoJoe...what is the cost of the Hedo Community membership?
$20 a month or $500 for a lifetime membership, but then you get a $500 voucher to be used towards your next trip I choose lifetime membership and already have the voucher Check it out! http://community.hedonism.com?ap_id=macra
The Lifetime with the $500 voucher is available for a limited time only. Lifetime membership then costs you nothing. Once you do that, if you elect to purchase a brick for the new courtyard area for $295, you get 29,500 Bonus Points and you can redeem 25,000 for an additional $250 off your trip. The brick then only cost you $45.
